Our 14-acre site is located in the southeast of Paso Robles, but it feels like the country.
You can wander the property and not realize you're in town yet shopping, public
transportation, schools and parks are within a short walk. Across the street is a
hillside of oaks and more than 40 acres of natural open space.

of your shopping needs at the Woodland Shopping Plaza.

Lutheran School, Lewis Middle School and Paso Robles High School.

stop in front of our homes.
