Aerial View

Our 14-acre site is located in the southeast of Paso Robles, but it feels like the country. You can wander the property and not realize you're in town — yet shopping, public transportation, schools and parks are within a short walk. Across the street is a hillside of oaks and more than 40 acres of natural open space.

What makes this land so special?

creek scene hillside scene

How about 10 acres of woodlands with about 1,200 native oaks, sweeping sunset views over the distant rolling hills and a flowing creek — complete with frogs and cattails.

  • You could live here without owning a car — the location is that convenient! In less than 10 minutes, you can stroll a graveled pathway along the creek and through the oaks to almost all of your shopping needs at the Woodland Shopping Plaza.
  • Four schools are within a short walk or bike ride: Pat Butler Elementary School, Trinity Lutheran School, Lewis Middle School and Paso Robles High School.
  • Public transportation — within the city and around the county — is available with a bus stop in front of our homes.
  • For your driving trips outside of Paso Robles, access to Highway 101 is a mile away.
