Paso Robles Inn Gazebo Paso Robles (pop. 24,000) is 25 miles inland from the central California coast, halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles, in northern San Luis Obispo County. The city of San Luis Obispo is a 30-minute drive south. The warm summers and moderate winters are influenced by the ocean.
